Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA)
Sometimes clients are not able to return to their original vocation after injury or disability. A TSA assessment can help identify potentially appropriate alternate occupations based on the client’s training, vocational experience and education. An analysis of the client’s return to work potential is based on the National Occupational Classification of Occupations (NOC) and is, therefore, non-biased and helps identify potentially appropriate occupations.
Employability Assessment
For clients who are unable to return to their pre-injury occupation and with a limited vocational history, an employability assessment can be used to identify appropriate vocational options most suited to the client's training, education, work history, experience, interests and physical or functional restrictions. Similar to the Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) but takes into consideration other factors such as a client’s interests and avocational activities.

In-Home Functional Assessment
This service includes an in-home assessment of a client’s functional level. The purpose of this assessment is to determine appropriate services and equipment to facilitate recovery or optimize function. Home visits conducted by our licensed occupational therapists always include a detailed assessment of the client's function and safety.
